동보 18호 작전(1972. 1. 7부터
1972. 1.23까지)

적 군; Khanh Hoa 성VC
활동개요;Nha Trang 서쪽 산악지의 Hon Giu(산) 일대에 다시 침습하여
구정내지 춘계공세를 준비하고 있는 적을 포위와 탐색전을
2단계로 전개하여 지역내에 있는 적을 격멸하였다.
전 과; 사살 124명. 개인화기80정. 공용화기 7문.
손 실; 전사 2명. 부상 10명.

Enemy ; Khanh Province VC.
Outline ; The 30th Regt brought this operation to perfect by
enveloping the enemy bands preparing for a Spring
Offensive upon they infiltrated into the area of Mt.
Giu, west of Nha Trang.
Results ; Killed 124 enemy, captured80 indiv and 7 crew-served
wpns.
Losses; 2 KIA. 10 WIA
