비호26호작전 OPERATION BIHO 26 ------------

비호 26호 작전 (1072. 1.14 부터
1972. 1.31 까지)
참가부대 : VC, E-210대대. D-10공병중대. 지방 VC

활동개요 ; Hoa Duc 맟 Quang Nghep마을에 주둔하고 있는 월남 자벙군 중대가 적과
조우하게되자 연대는 공수기동으로 즉각 Long Hau마을 일대에 전개하여 차단과
추적끝에 많은 적을 격멸하였다.

전 과 : 사살 129명. 포로 1명. 개인화기 73정.공용화기 9문.

손실 : 전사 6명. 부상 9명.


Opeartion Biho 26

ROK Forces ; The 1st Regt.

Enemy : E-210th VC Bn. D-10th VC Engineer Company and local VC.

Outline : The 1st Regt was thrown into Long Hau in great haste by heli-life,
when the ARVNgarrison troops in Hoa Duc and Quang Nghepwere
in the hour of peril by the enemy attacks.
As a result,the Regt won a sweeping victory,
thus wiping out the enemy all over the area.

Results:Killed 129 enemy,1 POW enemy,captured 73 indiv.
and 9 crew-served wpns.

Losses: 6 KIA 9 WIA
